As the Cofounder and CTO of Finidy Solutions, I played a pivotal role in establishing and growing the company. By leveraging my full stack development skills, I led the development of Incentrium, a powerful software solution designed to assist startups in managing, evaluating, and reporting their share-based compensation plans. As the technical visionary of the team, I spearheaded the product roadmap, ensured seamless integration of features, and provided strategic direction for the company’s technology initiatives. Additionally I was repsonsible for internal IT infrastructure such as emailing, continous integration, cloud file sharing and establishing Single Sign On solutions, but also for providing infrastructure securely hosting our software for clients.

MSc Artificial Intelligence, University of St Andrews

Due to my fascination for the field, I pursued a Master of Science degree in Artificial Intelligence from the esteemed University of St Andrews. This program equipped me with a deep understanding of AI methodologies, algorithms, and applications. Through rigorous coursework and hands-on projects, I honed my analytical and problem-solving skills, enabling me to leverage AI technologies effectively. The program provided me with a solid foundation in machine learning, natural language processing, and data analytics, empowering me to apply cutting-edge AI techniques to real-world challenges. As part of my dissertation I built an automated tracking system for birds, that was later successfully applied by the University’s neuroscience department to detect behavioural changes of the animals. I graduated not only top-of-the-class with a GPA of 19.6, but also won the University’s Grey Prize, that is awarded to the science student with the highest GPA.

My journey in higher education began with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics. This foundation in the physical sciences provided me with a strong analytical mindset, critical thinking abilities, and a disciplined approach to problem-solving. Through rigorous coursework, laboratory experiments, and research projects, I developed a keen attention to detail and the ability to comprehend complex systems. This educational background complements my technical expertise and allows me to approach challenges from both a scientific and technological perspective. My dissertation focused on cationic clusters of Nitrogen and Hydrogen as well as the geometric structures they form and was published in the Journal of Chemical Physics.

Computer Engineering High School, Innsbruck

During my formative years, I attended a renowned Computer Engineering High School in Innsbruck, where I laid the foundation for my future career in technology. Other than general eduction high schools, this comprehensive educational program focused on various aspects of computer science and provided me with a solid understanding of computer hardware, programming languages, software development principles as well as networking technologies. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and hands-on projects, I developed strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology. The high school experience not only fostered my technical acumen but also instilled in me a strong work ethic and a drive for continuous learning. It was during this time that I discovered my passion for coding and set my sights on pursuing a career in the IT industry. For my dissertation I buildt a search engine for the University of Innsbruck’s newspaper archive, which ultimately let to the publication of a Paper and a Presentation at the DATeCH 2014 in Madrid. I achieved a top-of-the class GPA of 1.0 (best grade in Austria).
